Italian finnish-es Indian force

Well, this post has nothing to do with Indian politics. What I'm talking about is  Monaco GP  , the first wet race of this season. It was full of drama, excitement, thrill, HOPE and DISAPPOINTMENT. It was raining hard, on one of the most difficult and challenging circuit. Force India driver  Adrian Sutil   started 19 on grid, just one place ahead ( Read more... )

Oh dear, that's so horribly bad luck!!! Wow, I never thought that those two could come as close as 4th. It's so sad that Sutil couldn't make it, it would have been the perfect boost for Force India.

What about Fisichella? Where did he finish? And isn't he the better driver? (I don't know much about F1, just what I read in the papers)

Ah well, there's always next time. It's great to see them making progress, it would be wonderful if Force India can manage to get anything in their first season.

That incident was painful. Fisi retired after 36 laps due to gearbox problem. He had suffered the same problem for entire week - during practice, qualifying and Race. Fisi looked better in previous races. But it was Sutil's day until he got banged.

I doubt if, Force India get will ever come close to scoring a championship point in near future, as their cars are 2-3 sec slower. Force India does not have enough fund/ infrastructure / engineers for R & D.

I think they will. Sure, they don't have the required funds, but with a little bit of luck another situation similar to the Monace GP could happen. They need to keep believing in themselves. Also, didn't Narain finish 9th or something when he was in F1? He had similar kind of problems, if I'm not mistaken.

And if Vijay Mallya continues to support them, I'm sure they will do well. I hope they do, it will be wonderful to have them get at least something in their first season.

Thankx dear for the consolation. A little bit of luck, and who knows it could be FI's day.

Naranin finished fourth in 2005 USA Grand Prix, Out of 20 cars entered for the race, only the six cars participated for the Race. It was only once he finished in to 10. All other teams using Michelin tyres retired due to safety concerns. (Total 14 cars retired ).
