Yesterday I got a bright orange gumball out of the gumball machine at a fancy pawn shop downtown.
I know... SUPER exciting!
That's not the best part though, I was informed a few seconds later that I could get a dollar off any DVD in the store because of the ball!!!

"My Twentieth Century" by Martin Bresnick is a fabulous piece. It's meaningful modern music, not something you find very often unfortunately. Weather it was intentional or not, the use of performers that were of the same sex and similar vocal tamber was a really nice touch ( Read more... )
