To see and not to see...

Saw Mr. Brooks a couple weeks ago.  Had high hopes but it was bad, don't see it.

Saw Transformers last night.  Besides that the food at Chili's took forever, and I lost my movie ticket so had to buy a new one, it was surprisingly an entertaining movie.  I know nothing about Transformers, but it was pretty cool.

Hey I saw Mr. Brooks! I thought it was fun! I guess I didn't have high hopes and the ending was a little too violent but I was entertained and thought it was a silly cool little movie. Definitely not a fantastic movie, but fun and worthy of a rent. I loved that part where Kevin Costner and William Hurt were in the car, laughing about Dane Cook getting run over. And I really don't like Dane Cook.

There was a lot of good pieces, I just thought it was tied together poorly. And Demi Moore just sucked. So like the Costner/Hurt thing was cool, but part of the time it felt like a gimmick. I dunno, there were definitely cool parts, I just remember wanting to walk out a few times.

I wanted to see Dane Cook be a bit more serious, but I'll have to wait for DVD.

BTW...how are you a twenty-something male that knows nothing about Transformers? God, I'm dying to see it!!!
