do you remember the good old crayola watercolor paints you had as a kid?  remember when the package was shiny and new and the brush was in perfect condition?  then as you used them the brush got messed up and some of the paints started to run together?  eventually, if your experience was anything similar to mine, you ended up with an empty paint

And if you weren't already in a downward mood, dealing with medication issues are enough to put you there. ::hugs:: A good therapist is worth the money. Also, if you are not comfortable with the attitude your doctor has toward your medications and their side effects, find another one. A therapist can certainly recommend a decent one that can suit your needs (and if that doctor isn't a pushoever either, all the better). Most of all, before you stop or start taking anything, talk to your pharmacist or even two or three. A lot of those medications can have some pretty serious side effects if you don't take them properly, especially when you change very suddenly. How you are taking a psych-type drug matters nearly as much as what it is.

Regardless, good for you and your husband for taking the steps necessary to keep you level and healthy. I've been there, so I know what a relief it is to be your own emotional master, so to speak. ::hugs:: If you need anything, let me know.

I love you! I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. I hope the therapist helps you out and gets things going more positively for you. And here I was today complaining about my life while you were dealing with this and I vented all over it. I am so sorry. You don't need to hear about anyone elses crazyness right now.
