1.) Talked to my dad tonight. He's doing better but will have to have ANOTHER FREAKING SURGERY at the end of the month to put the bag back on. And it's going to have to stay that way. Apparently, the radiation messed up his insides and now he's got no bowel control. He's only 55 for the love of G-d. This is just so sad. As we were hanging up he ( Read more... )

ahem...i only surround myself with attractive ppl, didn't you get the memo??? ;) i'm glad you're able to see how attractive you are, rather than being negative about yourself.

sorry i missed you at ihop when you called. it was a while back, but i haven't felt like socializing much b/t grading stuff i didn't get to do b/c of family stuff and some other stuff, it's just been a ball of angst. may is a vast improvement over april. hopefully we'll be able to see each other then and you can tell me about how much more weight you're bound to lose b/t now and them b/c (a) it takes FOREVER for us to actually get together & (b) you're great at setting your mind to goals like weight loss and achieving them.
