That's a reasonably ambitious summer read.

We'll see how this goes. I started near the end of the semester, but I've been distracted by other reading (some David Sedaris, some lit mags to figure out where I want to send stuff) and writing.

I'm a little less than a quarter of the way through. DFW's genius and wit are unquestionable. However, I've never been a fan of post-modernism or its obfuscating habits. Wallace's abilities to turn a phrase and to make me chuckle keep me going, though.
