Need explanation

So as I was checking up on my clothes this guy tells me a joke

"Why do men wear kilts?"

Being confused I answered some stupid thing which I prefer not to share.

--Answer: Because sheep can (or can't) hear zippers

I get it. (I have a dirty mind) If the sheep hear the zippers when the scottish guy is about to %#$* them, they might run off. Hey, bet you didn't want to know ;)
