Nothing like spending my time at work hung on the damn phone while my call is transferred to India so I can close my credit card account, then 30 minutes later I get transferred back to America to get a confirmation.

it has never ever taken me 30 minutes to close an account.

Dude at the end of that discussion i realized its not beucase what they like and don't like i get so aggravated because they cannot make a desicion.
