Morgana was strong in all manner of sorcery and driven by certainty that she was the rightful Queen of Camelot. Her resolve bordered on madness. She used endless cruelty and force to win the kingdom. Her powerful magic could split mountains, her fiery determination never faltered.
And yet, she kept losing, and never won the prize she so desired.
For there was one who matched her powers and conviction, one with equal strength of will. But unlike her, Merlin was governed by love, not hate. And therefore, again and again, victory was his, though in the end; too dearly bought.
