What's the problem with the computer?

Windows Media Player refuses to play Windows Media Player files. It plays .mp3s, but it refuses to play or burn .wmas.

I also cannot access the My Video file or any copy thereof. When I attempt to access it through a video playing device such as DivX or BSPlayer, an error occurs before I can select a file to play, and the program shuts down. When I attempt to open the My Videos file just to browse, it aternatively shuts down without warning, or displays an error in Explorer.

I miss my media. ;__;

just uninstall it and install it again. that's what i did when that happened to me, and now it works again.

I did. Didn't help, sadly.

That fixed it last time it was broken, but not this time.
