It is an amazing album. Have you seen him live, yet? He does most of the instrumentation live by using ridiculous amounts of loop pedals and such. He'll have his violin hanging off his back and he'll grab it, throw down a part, loop it, sing a vocal line and harmonize off of it, then pick up his guitar. I've never actually seen him, but I found an online clip and it was amazing.
