However, I can take comfort that their victory was entirely pyrrhic.

They stole:

(oh yeah and if my car ever got broken into, that person would stand to gain approximately $5 at a recycling plant from all the alumminum cans and plastic cups they'd have to steal or otherwise feel silly for breaking into my car and not stealing anything at all)
