It felt like they've had all kinds of weather the last few weeks and now they were back to snow. Snow meant that Cameron couldn't drag Sam out for a drive on the swoopbike, which undermined the plan he'd had for the weekend

Sam lowered the blowtorch and raised her eye shield. "What?"

"I think they're finally going to let us go near an F-302," he was practically bouncing as he made his way over to her side of the garage, mindful of whatever she was working on now.

Not wanting to ignite Cameron, she turned the flame off and lowered the torch to her work bench, grinning back at him. "When?"

He was in favour of not being ignited, really. Strange how that went.

"Monday," he replied. "I doubt they're just going to let us fly already, but you never know."
