Not that she wasn't aware that was what she was doing, but she also knew how explosions worked, and injuries were common. Once she'd spotted Cameron, she gave him a quick nod before turning to the Marine in Charge. "I hear you guys need a couple of mechanics."

Cameron was looking back into the cargohold, but he stayed on his post at the controls. Even if he felt eager to see Sam, but then he'd seen her a few days ago so it was silly to be eager. Right? Right. Mind with the controls, which included closing the cargo door so he was allowed to look back.
