After receiving a call from Veronica that she would be arriving soon, Cameron freaked just a little bit when he realised that he already had managed to make a mess of the room. Really, he didn't need long to spread the entire contents of his bag around as he had been making sure none of the present had gone missing. So he quickly started grabbing

Veronica had never traveled via portal, but it wasn't that much different from shimmering with Bel. After taking a few moments to re-gain her bearings, she made her way up to the third floor and knocked on the door Cameron had told her was their room.

Cameron dumped the last clothes on his bag and quickly moved to open the door. There was a chance she might have noticed that he was wearing the t-shirt Angel had just given him. It was however a very small chance as he practically pounced her to give her a bear hug.

"Merry Christmas," Veronica said, dropping her bags and hugging him back. No, she hadn't noticed the shirt yet.

"Merry christmas," he mumbled in her hair, making no signs of letting her go.
