Imogen Heap is fantastic. You should also try Sibylle Baier and Emilini Torrini, if you haven't already.

oooh.. sorry no commenty from me earlier. ooh, commenty. I like it!

so I agree with the above about emilianna torrini. she's amazing. i started listening to her my freshman year at lu back in 2001 and her voice never gets old :) her music is constantly on grey's anatomy.. yeeees :)
