This morning was interesting. I was planning on renting a lawn edger to bury the pet fence. I stopped at one garage sale and there was one right there! Strange..so needless to say, I bought it. The fur coat my grandma gave us to sell sold for $80 for the lab rescue, which is great. I wrote thank you notes for all the mailed donations we got. I need to put together a data base for our end of November fundraising by mail. It's going to be a Christmas card with a full color newsletter. I dropped Betty off. One of the reasons I love having pets and rescuing dogs is unconditional love. If dogs were like people, Deuce and Betty would be spiteful, having to go to therapy because of what their parents and owners did to them, leaving them in a cold world with way too many doggies. I must think I'm ginormous. I bought a pair of size 17 LEI shorts this weekend at a garage sale. Needless to say, they don't fit at all, they're huge. Went to the gym again. Did the same thing. I was pouring sweat. It was very gross, but I feel great now..I'm going to take some ibuprofen so I can function tomorrow. The kitchen towel I grabbed wasn't absorbant at all. I'm going to hop in the shower after I find a good receipe for these tomatoes, yellow squash and huge zucchini my grandma gave me.
