Speaking as someone who has the time to update the world regularly on the minutiae of her fairly pointless existence, it's nice to know you're not actually dead! As to the gym, I think taking things gently is definitely the way to go, no sense in overdoing things.

Not dead, just lazy. Supplying the Internet with a constant supply of inane babblings is an important task, and I have been a worthless shirker!

The Husband buys £6 pairs of indescribably crappy jeans from Primark and then is surprised when they don't fit and/or fall apart. The only time he ever bought anything from M&S was the time he got himself a cream-coloured linen suit and panama hat for a wedding. And we had been in the pub most of the afternoon before this unprecedented event. Obviously there is a moral there....
