Venice has always been a city I've dreamed to visit. Hopefully one day it will come true however it is super fun knowing this is the city that helped bring the lovers back together.

I love how everyone is talking about it and happy that the boys are getting back on track. The inserts of their conversations make this chapter flow for me. Emmaline's reaction to them kissing again was so cute.

I have to say that Venice surprised me. I had always wanted to see it, but did not anticipate being as gobsmacked by it as I was. Decadently beautiful and decaying all at once, it can be overwhelming. I'll just quote Truman Capote, “Venice is like eating an entire box of chocolate liqueurs in one go.”
