Oh, Camille! I have no idea what to say. I hope you get through it and get the help you need.

I wish I could offer you more than my ear, but it's the best I can do for now. Please e-mail me or talk to me whenever you need to. I have no problems listening, I know sometimes it is a good thing for people just to vent their rage.

Yeah, I second everything Cola said. I don't really know what to say, but I love you! And I hope you feel better. Finding someone to talk to about this might be good.

Sometimes your hormones just change. I used to get the worst cramps, back aches and mood swings known to man, and I went to the doctor and he put me on the pill, which I've been on for the last 6 years. Then last month my new doctor told me that I could try going off it (because my skin had been bad for the last six years, due to the brand of pill was on) because over the years your hormones can change. So I'm in the process of doing that and my skin is clearing up and the last period I had was not bad at all. The next one will be the real test to see if my cramps are better, but my older sister was on the pill for the same reason, and her cramps were worse than mine. She nearly killed herself years ago because she had such a bad cramp that she collapsed in the shower and banged her head. But she's went off it last year cos she and her husband wanted to start a family (which they're doing, she's 8 weeks pregnant!!) and she only gets really mild cramps
