Slow going, but it's going
Chapter 2 down on Fakes & Familiars, except for the little intro piece, an editorial on why children should not be completely sheltered from magic. ;) It's a sinister little world. Latin American Movies/Fiction
The school district I work in is 25% Latino, so since last summer, I've undergone "Spanish Immersion." Almost all the music and movies I hear/watch are in Spanish. It's helped immensely. I still have to read in side-by-side editions, but most of what I read is in Spanish too. I get lost in the syntax, and find myself unclear about the subject of a ( Read more... )
