I have never even heard of that squash before. But I googled it and found it's like a green pumpkin in looks. It sounds delicious from the descriptions I've read.
Ours is a red one (or orange as it were) I can't help but wonder if it is to a pumpkin as a corgette (zuchinni?) is to a marrow lol.
Oh well, I'll probably throw half in the slow cooker in a min with the rest of the gumf and keep half back to make the kabocha squash cheesecake I was given the link for. It would certainly be different :)
But wanted to say I just did some catching up... I can't believe how big & adorable all 3 of your kids are. They're getting huge, it's been a LONG time since I saw pics. :) And I LOVE the turtle cake!
My goodness! How are you doing??? I've been wondering how you guys are doing, it's great to see you here. I shall add you to my friends list and start doing some catching up of my own ;)
