Okay, so Today Show has Robert Kennedy Jr. vs. Edward Kashman... on the topic of SUVs in America... Can I say that I hate SUVs? Good, because I hate them

you're damned right about all of that - EXCEPT that you CAN change the world without sacrificing your own happiness. I really think when a person is able to see through the bullshit to how we are being manipulated by markets and governments, and a person is a great writer and has a terrific imagination, then said person should funnel all that into satirical, poignant articles and stories that will be hungrily picked up by liberal newspapers and publishers..... that is my dream, anyhow - i would love to see you in it, too. I just want you to see that a marriage of the two - of doing something important on a huge scale and something that you love - is indeed possible, and is being done all the time. You know that - Jesus, you're an English major - youve read War and Peace....why must you be any different from Doestoyevsky?
Nah, didn't read War & Peace... Doestoyevsky was a famous journalist turned satirical writer if I remember correctly... not sure about that one. There are only a few books that really "changed" things... many were good, on the ball, good for catching the spirit of something... I think it's safe to say that I don't have an existing readership or ability to appeal to the masses... If I get accidentally famous for something stupid... sure, I'll be vocal on world affairs I guess... shit, maybe that's what's up with that Bono dude... oh well, can't break the contract I guess... Expect me to be the most politically vocal human cannon ball at the freak circus.
I thought you reviewed it for MSVR? You - the most politically vocal?? I thought you tried to stay out of politics and pretend it doesnt concern you. I figured it would be me mouthing off political acrimony alone - I hope not. I'd love for us to be a frightening force of nature.
