I think I'd be with the boys on this one - wiping your plate clean. I ADORE Turkish yogurt and am superbly jealous.

That said - ditto on the anger about the men's dorm and the wine. SO not okay in 2010. Did they want to throw a veil on while you were at it?

Keep the updates coming! I live through you.

Cappadocia rocks! Haha, get it? Rocks? Anyway, seriously, it is one of the coolest places I've ever visited. If you get the chance, take a hot-air balloon ride at sunrise. The scenery is breathtaking.

Cacek (sp?) or Haydari -- yogurt stuff -- delicious. Get used to it and load it up on everything!

Have you had lahmacun yet? The pizza thing we had at Turquoise?

Miss ya! Keep blogging!

That rice and cucumber, tomato with beans on the side sounds great. We'll have to recreate it when we get home.
It sounds like a fabulous trip, I love that they are taking you to these amazing places. I'm with the other commentors, keep blogging but definitely need more pictures other than of a pigeon in your room. Although charming...
And BTW I always thought cotton candy tasted like fiberglass.
