We're having a Science Fair, guys. 'Cause I said so.
So! Violet and Robin are big dorks and as a consequence of this, they are planning a Science Fair. If your character is a big dork/inventor/makes cool techno stuff/mechanic/scientist/is smrt and would be interested, sign them up! They don't have to be living in the labs, they don't have to have met Violet or Robin or have heard of the Science Fair IC yet. I just want to get an idea of who might be interested. Also I want more ideas. So, please format your signing up comments as shown in the example below:

Uh, in case it's not obvious, by Level of Technology, I mean: is it more advanced, less advanced, or about as advanced as current Earth technology, and how much so? And by Type of Submission, I mean: if your character does enter this Science Fair, are they going to present a chemical mixture? A physical theory? A mechanical invention? A little toy lighthouse?
OH YEAH and btw if your character SUCKS at science, but wants to enter anyway because they just do, they can totally enter and then demonstrate the varying viscosity of watery cornstarch or make a model of the solar system or whatever. That's totally fine.
And if you want to be an announcer or give out prizes or like. Decorate or bring snacks or something, but don't want to be in the Science part of the fair, then tell me that, too.
The Science Fair will have a variety of awards, but no direct competition... no straight up First Place or anything. This is because all the entrants come from worlds with wildly varying technology, and it wouldn't be fair. So there will be awards like Most Original and Youngest Contestant and stuff. Also Robin had the cool idea of everyone exchanging their inventions at the end.
And I don't know where it will be held, but it will be somewhere that everyone can come and gawk at the cool things and commission stuff from the inventors or whatever. I figure the post will probably be formatted somewhere along the lines of "Comment Subject = YOUR BOOTH" and then people can browse what's there easily. Anyway, that's not 'til later. I still have to do an IC sign up post, probably tomorrow or later today.
