This came up in chan, because this round got in at least two power hungry dictators completely terrifying student council members/leaders. And we have many more in camp already. Most of them are Canadian, for some reason.
So. Camp Fuck You Student Council? y/n?
It would have no power or authority whatsoever. It would just be a vehicle for all those younger characters used to doing things and being important to... pretend that they're doing things and being important. Form bonds! Slave-drive their targets of choice! Try to organize things and have it backfire horribly on them!
So, is this a horrible idea? Who's got a character that would be interested?
