The Mess Hall's generally a quiet place outside of meal times. But there's something different about the silence now. Something ... final.
The kitchen door is ajar. Anyone who uses the kitchens will know that's unusual. It also doesn't usually have a strawdoll fixed to the door by a blood splattered meat cleaver.
The blood too, is new. It seems to start at the door but continues back into the kitchens, splattered liberally throughout broken dishes and scattered cutlery, and ending at Minagawa's recipe book -- the one he always has on him.
The book lies open, the last of the blood having fallen across the open page. The text, however, is only too legible.
Tuna Melt.
