The name'd be Emperor Peony Malkuth the Ninth, hah, but I wouldn't stand too much on ceremony if I were you: it's not like my empire's anywhere near here, and if you're too uptight you're liable to get a dunking from my perfectly able assistant here. She'd be kind of a terror if she weren't adorable, let me tell you.
In the meantime, I figured we could all do with a bit of a get-together, huh, and in the absence of Isshin, I figure it's about time for one of these things. We've got a pool, a barbecue waiting for whatever you want to slap on it, a pool, and plenty of deckchairs. And, if you're absolutely lucky, you might get a try of the royal family's secret weapon.
