Late Afternoon by the Police Station...
[After disappearing from camp for two weeks - i.e. patrolling late at night and sleeping during the day like a normal person, really - there is one (1) Commander sitting out on the steps and smoking a cigar. He's looking a lot more relaxed than he was two weeks ago.
