[the lessons (finally) begin]
[there are notices posted in several places around camp, most prominently the one outside the Mess Hall, directing any and all who would like self-defense lessons to a small clearing just beyond the ZAFT base for the first class. So it begins.]
Good afternoon.
So, before we start things off, I want to offer some advice to you as you begin to learn self-defense. I will be teaching you non-lethal methods. That is not to say, that you can't kill someone in self-defense, but that we are going to be learning metholds to avoid that outcome. If I could get beginners over in this area, and the advanced students over there, we'll get started.
Now, can anyone tell me what the difference between murder and killing in self-defense is?
((OOC notes: I'm still not sure exactly how this will work. I'm kind of winging this. If you want to pm me in IRC, I can pair up more advanced students so that they can get a good work out, while Ziva takes care of the beginners. Ziva herself still hasn't gotten a good feel for the power levels in this place, so bear with her learning.
Another note, if anyone's noticed a sudden drop off in my time here, school's started back up a couple of weeks ago, and I've been doing odd jobs for money. This combo is kind of kicking my ass. I'll be scarce during the weekdays and probably wrapped around the comm during the weekends. If I'm needed for something, I'll try to be around though.
