And just by the hospital, where there's usually a blue telephone box -- well, there's still a blue telephone box. But the door is open, and where there's usually a magical mystery machine within, it's just a box now, small and completely empty.
Outside the box, the Doctor is standing - but he isn't three-dimensional anymore. Rather, a hologram.]
This is Emergency Program Four! Well... I suppose it's Program Three really, since there was that nasty accident with the cheese grater.
