Shion approached Allen delicately. She didn't know exactly how to talk to him, as Allen had been rather cross all morning. Still, she had to try and explain. "Allen, it was just a misunderstanding," she tried to reason. Allen looked at his former chief, the look on his face resembling that of a kicked puppy's. "I'd hardly call it a misunderstanding, Chief. It was kinda obvious what you meant." Thus he went back to sulking.
By this point, Shion grew impatient. "Oh Allen, stop being so down and grow a backbone! If you're a man, quit acting so pathetic! It was just a mistake!" At this, Allen looked at his Chief with bitter tears in his eyes. "I'm sorry Chief, but I'm afraid I can't really believe that." And once more, he turned away. Finally giving up, Shion walked away. She didn't get it. She'd only screamed out KOS-MOS' name once, after all.
