[In the Mess Hall, there are pink and white streamers and bundles of balloons placed strategically around the room. We're not quite sure where they came from, but they match the cake. It has yet to be determined whether or not this is a good or bad thing. Either way, there is food, punch and plenty of cake for anyone wishes to stop by and help celebrate Toya's birthday.]
