[A newly constructed (if on the small size) cabin is within sight, over which the Human Reform League flag is erected with its proud red, blue, and yellow colors. Outside, a loli in a military uniform is fixing her small communication device with its own holographic screen. She is faced with little success in this matter.
There may also be a pile of zombie limbs not far from the cabin, somewhat scorched.]
