As students of Shibusen, Maka Alban and I have several responsibilities we must fulfill. Unfortunately, amongst those responsibilities that my honorable father bestowed upon us was keeping a watch on those that come from our school, be it technician, weapon, or even professor, for better or for worse.
Many of you may have met a man who looks like this. His name is Dr. Franken Stein, and he's a professor at our school, Shibusen. While his hobbies are ... questionable at times, he is a rather intelligent man who is at the top of his field. Still, he has a habit of getting far too "up closeand personal" with people in a manner of speaking. Seeing as such, we feel it is our duty as students of Shibusen to inform the masses to bear caution. While a good man and an excellent professor, he does have his ... unfortunate habits. We apologize in advance for any harm done to your person - he does that.
Whistles will be handed out by us by the dojo, should anyone find them necessary.
