It's been a long time since I gave this place a proper address. Our arrival here certainly didn't suffice.
Campers and counselors, my name is Colonel Roy Mustang, hailing from the Amestris military. Acting Second Lieutenant Jean Havoc is here as well, in the same uniform. After a temporary leave of absence, we're back to our posts as counselors. I was the Disciplinarian for two years, and am now more of a. . . practical advisor for success. For those of you who knew me before and I haven't had a chance to say hello, please let me know you're still here.
I'm fully aware many of you take issues with the military, from many different worlds. Or rather, I'm aware of the universal clash with authority. Rest assured our purpose here is that of support, and though a title is all that differentiates the prisoners here, we are still your counselors. Both myself and my lieutenant are here to assist you. Although recent conflicts have been alarming and we're currently combating another threat, there is yet more to come, and our lives here go on. Should you need help with gathering information on the Camp, defending yourself, handling a conflict with another camper, or coming to grips with your situation, we will help. If you need to find us, we live in the dormitory to the East.
