[Outside the hospital today, there is a large pile of wrapped canvas bundles, and a doctor, and two very large mutant zombie orderlies.]
Good morning campers, counsellors.
A recent extended stay by some of your number in the camp's hospital has alerted us to the fact that some of you seem to be carrying a particular hardy strain of cimex lectularius mortuus, or undead bedbug.
It's been quite difficult to get rid of the infestation in the hospital. I hope you all understand that we don't want to have to repeat that next time one of you needs to stay the night. ♥
We've taken the liberty of having specialists test the camp, campers and counsellors. If you or your belongings tested positive, you will have received a note this morning asking you to vacate your cabin while we have the area fumigated. It's only temporary, but to keep the infestation from spreading, you'll be staying in these camp-provided tents until the work is finished.
There should be enough here for everyone, but we do encourage sharing where possible.
If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them. Otherwise,
please help yourself to a tent.
((OOC: TENT POST. No camp experience is complete without leaving your cabin in the middle of one of the most miserable seasons and spending a few days in a canvas tent. Use the random generator or make up your own, grab a friend or two, and experience Louisiana winter swamp camping at its finest. Assume campers will be contacted individually when hey can move back; until then, enjoy yourselves ♥
ETA: Surprise dinner! I'll be back in an hour or so. Back!))
