Good evening, Camp. I am Nobori Taiga, the manager of Human Resources here. While I expect the position was meant to... embarrass me I have found a way to fulfill it. Why should we resign ourselves to the less than acceptable living conditions here? There are certainly materials enough to improve the cabins if only we reach out and make use of them. And among the inmates here I am certain we have representatives with useful skills. What is missing is the drive to improve our condition.
So tonight I am preparing a task-force of volunteers to organize building projects. We will begin with smaller projects and improvements and work our way up to more ambitious projects. Naturally, those volunteers will have as an incentive the right to choose which cabins to work on first, barring serious defects. So, will you languish in inactivity or work to make your stay here as comfortable as possible?
Secondly, I have an interesting problem for the scientists and doctors here. This may also be of interest to those who deal with different energies directly. It is a delicate and fascinating challenge, should you be interested in solving it. I'm sure we can make a world-changing advancement together.
I invite anyone interested in either project to talk with me. I am also welcoming other suggestions on improving Camp.
*not only is a very smartly dressed Taiga sitting at the head of a horseshoe of tables in the mess hall surrounded by papers but the message has been sent out on the Camp network*
((One of these projects is not like the other. Chances of Camp cockblocking the improvement attempts at some point is high but, points for effort? Edit: Sleeping, will pick up old and new threads tomorrow))
