Hey guys! My name's Ash Ketchum, but some of you might just know me as Ash, [insert translation of choice here], that kid with the hat, that Pokemon Kid, or Hey You Get Off Of My Roof And Put Some Pants On. Whatever works for you! But this isn't about me, this is about Pokemon! . . .which I guess is related to me, but whatever.
ANYWAY there are lots more showing up in camp and I figured it'd be a good idea to set people straight about 'em. So here's a quick mini guide to Pokemon!
Pokemon are creatures of all shapes and sizes! They have powers and stuff, but that's not important--the main thing about Pokemon is the fact that they're our FRIENDS. That's right, even the ones that try to eat ya or burn ya alive! So the next time that zombie Pokemon is trying to gnaw of your arm, remember that's its way of saying let's be friends! 'Course I think blowin' its head off with the shotgun is still a smart move, but at least ya part ways as friends!
Usually spottin' a Pokemon is pretty easy. Like these guys!
This is Mewtwo! Mewtwo is a really awesome Pokemon and ya might catch him around staring at things and talkin' in your head. Don't worry, he's nice! And totally not anything weird like a clone or anything! BE FRIENDS WITH HIM, GUYS! The other thing is Shaymin and it's bossy and annoying, so ya can ignore it. I'm just showin' ya how different Pokemon can appear!
Now sometimes it can be a liiiiittle tricky. Can ya tell which one of these guys is a Pokemon? Ya get 10 seconds!
Times up! Apollo might LOOK like a Pokemon it's the hair but Kharg's actually the Pokemon! What I'm sayin' is, Pokemon can look like anything! Mice, windchimes, that one in the refrigerator. . .anything! So don't be fooled!
Sorry if this is yours, I took if off Google cuz Google is awesome and always right.The quickest way is usually to use your Pokedex or Dextina. Or google. But that's kinda hard here! SO the next best thing is to BATTLE them. Or throw a Pokeball at them! If they attack you or pop out of the ball, they're probably Pokemon. If they don't. . .well they still might be Pokemon. So iunno. I guess asking people works too. Wait yeah, do that first.
Pokemon generally hang out in Tall Grass, Water, Abandoned Buildings, and In Your Pants. Remember to search really hard!
In conclusion. . .! Uh. I forgot where I was going with that. ANYWAY, Pokemon are Pokemon. They are not:
-Digimon
-Pokeymans
-Digipokemans
-Pokemononomononodigimans.
-Hamsters.
And that's all ya really need to know. I really hoped that helped!
