[There is a young man (or so he appears) speaking very broken Japanese to a cockroach. Camp will translate all it can for you, but really, it's very broken. Why, you ask? Well, since he couldn't access the NSA mainframe, Zeta used an online dictionary to teach himself. Think babelfish. It does not sound right.
