[If you're anywhere near the barrier this fine afternoon, you might have noticed someone kneeling at its base. Huh it almost looks like they're digging. Odd. Now if you're especially attentive, you might recognize this as the same person who spends a lot of time around the barrier and usually leaves fairly injured. So that sharp scream -- or was that a yelp -- may not be anything new. That bright flash of light on the other hand... Wait! IS THAT A WILD POKEMON??]
