[It's typical for a January evening in Camp Fuck You Die to be chilly - chilly for Louisiana, anyway. This particular evening is quiet and deathly so, with only the occasional gust of wind rattling the branches disturbing the silence. And that crow that keeps cawwing whether it's dusk or the break of freaking down. And that damn cricket that won't stop chirping at the most inopportune moments, ignoring the part where the sort of thing that it might be interrupting is banned here anyway. So perhaps it's not as quiet of a night as Wes Craven and his compatriots would have prefered, but quiet enough.
