[today in the mess hall, there's a man in a black suit sitting at one of the tables. next to him is a piece of paper; there appear to be tally marks on it. his attention, however, is on the alien pokedex device in his hands. he appears to be glaring at it a lot and can occasionally be seen shaking it.
