I hate to break it to you Little Miss, but this is way too small to be a lake...
I'm more curious on why a salt-water pokemon would be so far inland, and if that has to do with its peculiar accessory. Interesting, perhaps it has grown strong verses sunlight based attacks due to the region, and has adapted this defense.
