USE CAUTION AROUND VAMPIRES. I REPEAT, USE CAUTION AROUND VAMPIRES.
This is a warning that whatever methods vampires normally use to control their hunger . . . it isn’t working anymore. Tablets, animal blood, whatever they use isn’t satisfying like it used to. Not every vampire has been affected but there aren’t any guarantees that they’ll stay that way. Don’t take any unnecessary risks or chances.
We’ve heard it’s happened before and, well, it’s getting worse by the day. We believe it will keep getting worse until the vampires affected have no control at all. Even those you trust and love could attack at any time. We’re going to need help to keep people as safe as possible during this time and we’re open to any ideas. For now, be careful. Use the buddy system. Don’t go out alone at night. Zero and I are here to help and answer any questions, but . . . there’s no telling for how long you can trust us either.
((Consider this Stage Two of the Crazy Vampire Effect. The announcement's range depends entirely on what people want their characters to hear. So if you don't want your character to hear it, that is perfectly fine. This post can also be used for scenario setups.
Which means biting is totally allowed in this post. But I ask that you set an alternate location in the subject head so that we don't have any incidents in front of the Hunter. XD;; Unless you want his or Yuuki's interference, which is also A-OK.
