[this morning in the mess hall, there's a guy munching through a bagel with a glass of orange juice. he has a big, untidy stack of papers next to him, with math problems and paragraphs of history visible - clearly, he's come to get breakfast while he works on his homework!
what he is actually doing, however, is being distracted by building all of the glasses and plates handy to his place into a tower. it's pretty architecturally sound for something that tall.]
