I taught someone the other day how to shoot a rubber band and then I realized that there may be other people in camp who don't know how to also. And that is something that the Rubber Band Bandit Usopp can't just let slide by! So if there's anyone in camp who doesn't know how to shoot a rubber band, then get over here! And if you do know how, come over anyways and we can compare techniques.
