[For those of you who spend time on the internet in camp, be it the casual surfers or the hardcore addicts or all in between, you may notice that something is a bit ... wrong this evening. Mainly, the fact that no matter how much you tinker or how hard you try, the wireless on the camp laptops just don't connect. Those who are directly plugged in at any locations won't have much luck either; those in possession of a cell phone will find that their phones won't find any service period.]
- gosh, campers and counselors! I'm sorry to inform y'all of this, but we seem to have picked up a nasty ol' virus in the network! I tried coaxin' it out with some of my homemade cookies from Grandma's old recipe, and I even replaced the arsenic with hazelnut! But it wasn't havin' any of that.
The Director said that she's gonna give the good ol' IT department a call as well as the service provider to get us all back up and runnin'. We don't have an ETA or whatever y'all like to call it these days on when everything'll be up, but in the meantime, well - smell the roses! We have some now! They're turquoise and I think they're only turquoise because the goats were havin' too much fun with the spray cans, but gosh they're pretty!
