Sounds like an idea I can get behind! Never thought I'd have to discipline a book, though.

I know what you mean. The first time one bit me I thought I was hallucinating. It's not something you normally see.

I'm just lucky they didn't manage to get me too hard.

Just because you've had worse is no reason to let yourself get hurt unnecessarily. Besides, you never know what things in Camp are capable of. Their fangs might be poisonous or turn you into an animal.

On second thought, I'm not so sure I want to keep looking in here anymore.

Not all of the books bite; you just have to watch out for the ones that do. And if nothing has happened to you yet, you should be fine. It's just something to watch out for. Are you new here?

Has anyone told you about the rules yet? Or the fact that you're stuck here?

I've heard about the 'trapped' bit, but nothing about rules.

I'm kind of bad at explaining all of the rules, but basically there's banned stuff and if you use it you get turned into an animal or a boy. Like if you try to get through the barrier too much I think you get changed into something. And mistletoe makes you kiss people.

Mistletoe. Out of everything I've been hearing so far, then there's mistletoe? That sticks within the holiday it's supposed to be for, right?
