I don't think you should be held back from all that you are--because then you're not being true to yourself and who you can be. But if you feel like it's a bad thing, then you have to balance it out and learn how much is too much. I'm not sure if anyone else can do it, because they wouldn't know what point you don't want to go past. Unless you tell them.
